On June 14th, the 5th production line of Highstar Power Technology Production Base Phase II successfully passed the audit of TTi, an international leading manufacturer of electric tools, laying a solid foundation for the formal mass production of subsequent cooperation projects.
TTi is a leading global supplier of power tools and home improvement solutions. Since its establishment in 1985, it has established its leadership position in the industry with its innovative products and strong brand portfolio, such as Milwaukee and Ryobi. TTI has over 51000 employees worldwide, with operations spanning across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Given TTi's huge demand for batteries, the introduction of the 5 # production line will greatly promote the company's product sales and achieve a leap towards higher quality for Histada.
To enter the battery supply chain of international power tool giants, the process is very strict. During the audit process, the TTi team conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of various aspects, including raw material procurement, full line production process execution, HSE management, on-site specifications, quality inspection, and related document recording up to final product delivery.
Since 2019, Highstar has successfully passed the TTi audit, becoming a crucial link in the TTi supply chain and establishing a solid and close cooperative relationship. Up to now, Highstar has successfully delivered hundreds of millions of batteries in bulk. This marks that Haisida has received full international certification in lithium battery production level, technology process, supply capacity, and quality control, further consolidating the company's leading position in the global supply chain of electric tool batteries. In recent years, the company's production capacity has rapidly expanded, and Histada will continue to optimize its production processes to meet the growing market demand. Can quickly respond to the battery needs of high-end electric tool customers.
In the field of power tools on the client side, in addition to TTi, the company has also successfully developed international and domestic first-class power tool manufacturers such as Baoshi De, Quanfeng, Bosch, Baide, Dongcheng, etc. It has gradually replaced foreign brands and become one of the few high-quality domestic lithium battery product suppliers in China that can compete with the Japanese and Korean equivalent markets. At the same time, the company is actively expanding its overseas battery cell and pack production bases to better meet the needs of domestic and international markets.
In the future, Haisida will continue to practice "customer-centric" and deepen cooperation with TTi to jointly promote technological innovation and quality improvement in the electric tool industry. And through comprehensive and full process product quality control, accelerate the construction of product innovation and research and development projects, provide customers with more efficient products and solutions, and create more value!
