The newly designed 12V/24V BMS(160A-200A current, 1A active balancing, SOC error ≤2%) is used for 12V NFPP sodium ion battery and 24V sodium ion battery, meanwhile it makes 12V sodium ion battery or 24V sodium ion battery operate between -40℃to 80℃, its hardware is resistant to vibration and shock, and it meets the requirements of automotive-grade environmental adaptability.

The newly designed 48V BMS supports 16 PCS NFPP Prismatic Sodium Ion Cells in serial, with 2A-5A active balancing function to ensure its SOC accuracy less than 3%, while to ensure voltage sampling around 1mV, and supports Bluetooth/WiFi/APP /OTA remote management. Therefore, it can help 48V sodium ion battery to operate between -40℃to 80℃, while meet the requirements of house-grade environmental adaptability, long service life and more profits

With High-power bidirectional active balancing of 5A and optimized balancing strategy to address the usage characteristics of sodium ion batteries, active balancing with low current, to keep the cell voltage difference stably controlled within 30mV,  restore large voltage differences,and slow down sodium ion cell’s degradation, and extending cycles of 48V sodium ion battery by 30%, thus, extending overall battery life by over 3 years.

There are Three-level protection: cell-level monitoring + early warning of thermal runaway + hardware physical circuit breaker, it provides multiple protections against overcharge, over-current, high/low temperature, short circuit, and reverse connection, support thermal runaway warning, and are equipped with slow-blow fuses as the ultimate physical protection, ensuring household electrical safety.
